Company history
■ In 1972, Nam Liong Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on technical and functional products, supplemented by various special and functional materials with product categories from shoes, bags, garments, sports medical equipment, to special materials, and became a comprehensive material supplier.
■ In 1989, Prolink Microsystems Corporation was established, focusing on the manufacturing of multimedia video and related products, very well-known in the computer industry.
■ In 1999, Prolink Microsystems Corporation was selected as one of the 100 fastest-growing backbone enterprises by Commonwealth Magazine.
■ In 2000, Prolink Microsystems Corporation was publicly listed on the OTC (stock code : 5450)
■ In 2001, Prolink Microsystems Corporation passed the ISO9001 certification and grew rapidly, ranking 16th among Taiwan's top 100 technology industries in terms of revenue growth.
■ In 2002, Prolink Microsystems Corporation was ranked 13th among Taiwan's top 100 technology companies, and ranked 17th in Best Operational Performance by Commonwealth Magazine.
■ In 2005, Nam Liong Enterprise Co., Ltd. passed ISO9001 certification.
■ In 2006, obtained OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification for polymer foam composite material (valid for one year and is re-certified every year)
■ In 2010
→ Greenchem International Co., Ltd. became a 100% subsidiary of Prolink Microsystems Corporation, specializing in the research and development of functional specialty chemical products that conform to the concept of environmental protection.
→ Nam Liong Enterprise Co., Ltd. passed ISO14001 certification.
■ In 2012, after the resolution of the shareholders' meeting and the approval of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the name of " Prolink Microsystems Corporation" was officially changed to "Prolink Corporation", with "Baoliantong" as the short name for stock.
■ In 2013, Elementech International Co., Ltd., a company that provides professional R&D and manufacturing of power supplies, became a 100% subsidiary of Prolink Corporation.
■ 2018, "The Year of Resource Integration”
→ Obtained the USDA certification from the Department of Agriculture of the United States for the polymeric biomass foam material.
→ Jiaxing Nanxiong Tech-Lamination Division was certified by BlueSign.
→ Acquired the enterprise operation capability certification of TUV Rheinland.
■ In 2019
→ Nam Liong Enterprise Co., Ltd. became a 100% subsidiary of Prolink Corporation.
→ Obtained the "Textile Integrated Marketing and Business Opportunity Development Program (TEPP), with ECoreBond ™ & BIO-II ™ innovative environmental protection materials dual-brand international marketing promotion plan.
■ In 2020, “Year of Precise Marketing”
→ Obtained the "Textile Integrated Marketing and Business Opportunity Development Program (TEPP), with the "Fully Recycled Material Brand X-SlipTex ™ Virtual and Real Integrated International Marketing Program.
→ Obtained the "Industry Bureau - Health and Welfare Innovation Service Promotion, Branding and Testing Service Model Construction Plan for Gray-Haired People"
→ Certified by GRS system
→ Received ISO13485 medical equipment quality system certification

■ In 2020, through the resolution of the board of directors, "Nam Liong Global Corporation" and "Nam Liong Enterprise Co., Ltd." carried out a simple merger with base date on December 31, 2020.
